Villa St Helena is a beautiful frontline villa overlooking the 5th fairway and furnished in contemporary style providing spacious accommodation for six. It is situated in a peaceful area just a10 minute stroll from the resort centre.
Living / Dining Area
This lovely room has a stunning, double height vaulted ceiling with high level latticed windows and polished marble flooring. It is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, a TV with a range of channels including English, a DVD player, telephone for incoming calls, and has dining facilities for six people. Access to the private pool area is through a wall of french doors with hardwood shutters.
Kitchen & Utility Area
The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of high quality appliances and utensils for all cooking and dining needs including oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer. A roofed outdoor utility area houses a washing machine and laundry equipment including iron and ironing board.
Master Bedroom and en-suite
A large room with beamed ceiling, the master bedroom has twin beds and ample built-in storage. Its most attractive features are the double french doors which open onto the pool area, and the window looking out over the golf course and mountains. The marble tiled en-suite bathroom houses a whirlpool bath with shower, twin washbasins, w.c. and bidet.
Bedrooms 2 and 3
Both well furnished, spacious rooms with twin beds and generous storage space.

Serving bedrooms 2 and 3 this marble tiled bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, washbasin, w.c. and bidet.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are complete with bed linen and towels.
Outside Areas
The private pool and spacious patio area are west facing and look out over the 5th fairway to the mountains beyond. Relax on stylish loungers in the sunshine throughout the afternoon and early evening and enjoy beautiful views and spectacular sunsets. Dine alfresco on comfortable dining furniture under the roofed terrace, where there is also a built-in barbeque. The front of the villa looks out over an open, grassed plaza.
Villa St Helena is single storey with no stairs to negotiate by the less able or children, and comes with air conditioning for the summer and central heating for the winter months.
The villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher and fire blanket, in accordance with EU regulations.
