In the latest updates, TMC's Derek O'Brien leads an attack on the opposition in the Mehangai debate. He goes on to say that he has three numbers for the Finance Minister. The number is 20, 10 years ago when Cess was collected by the government of the total SES, 10% was Cess and surcharge. Now, the number has gone from 10 to 20% which means the central government is sucking from the states instead of 10-20% that figure is 4.81 lakh crores.
