Finally with boarders being easier to cross we move into a fresh new coastline and country that has been just out of reach for the past six months, Sitting in St Vincent peering at these unattainable island sanctuaries has been the source of our frustration for so long but finally in this episode we are allowed to enter our long awaited dream. The nine mile sail goes quite quick with having 17 to 20 knots of true wind coming from behind us and we make short work of putting our anchor down and checking in. After a couple of days with the constant seasonal squalls we eventually get out of the boat and explore the island haven of "Sandy Island" just off Carriacou. With white sandy beaches, palm trees and massive smiles on our faces we really can't express how much we enjoy these spots.
