In this short video, we show how we make smoked meatballs! These are great on their own but are also really good in spaghetti sauce. Normally, our son forms the meatballs for us, and it's a great way to involve your kids.
We used one pound of ground elk meat and one pound of pork sausage. The pork adds a little more of a conventional flavor making this great for people who dislike the gaminess of wild meat.
