A walk around Tamworth Castle, March 2022 in the market town of Tamworth in Staffordshire.

The building is today one of the best preserved motte-and-bailey castles in England.

Definitely worth a visit. We really enjoyed it and will likely go back for a second time, at some point in the year.

They also have part of the Staffordshire hoard on display (not included in the video as filming was not allowed) which was amazing to see in person and through the magnifying glasses supplied. The detail to some of the pieces is exceptional.
