Free State Transport MEC, William Bulwane, says billions of rand are needed to repair damaged roads across the province. He's now called on private companies to partner with the government to fix potholes.
Bulwane has been on a site visit to check the province's roads. He says his department is worried about increasing crashes, and damage to cars caused by potholes.
