The text of the Conservative Party's reasoned amendment to the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill has been published on parliament's website.
The Speaker still has to select it for it to be debated.
Shadow education secretary Laura Trott told Sky News the bill is "ill-thought-through" and "must be opposed."
