Pochylnia Buczyniec is the top of the five amazing water powered inclined planes on the Kanal elblaski (or Oberland Canal as it was originally known when built in the 1800's). I am posting a few clips here of different aspects, this shows the wind being engaged. It's not just a case of press a switch. The handwheel in the rear of the shot is the control for the flow of water to the water wheel that drives it.
