The trick behind these candles is creating a floating wick out of thin plastic

👉Find pretty glass, decorate it
👉add water leaving 1 inch space at the top
👉add food color(optional)
👉pour oil
👉set the wick
👉light the wick

*Food color could possibly stain your glass.

*Make sure the items are water safe and heavy enough so that they don't float.

*Don't fill the jar 2/3rd of the way

*Get plastic from anywhere, such as bottle, packaging.. Etc. Plastic needs to be thin and clear.

*Pour water into the glass, leaving 1 inch of space. Oil layer will be too thin if you are adding too much water, that will decrease the Candles burning time, as well as it increases the chances of spills

*Sunflower oil, olive oil, are great choices. wider the glass, more oil you need to use

*Make sure the bottom of the wick is not touching the water, if so add little more oil.

*Maintain water and oil levels
