My name is Randall Williams and I am a senior at USC. I am also the president of the USC Trojan Barbell Club. In this video I talk about how I hurt my lower back in the gym powerlifting, specifically squats and deadlifts. These injuries were specifically in my lower back region; I suspect it was the QL muscle. I am currently in the process of rehabing (rehabilitating) my lower back injury to heal and relieve pain. I go over this past fall semester at USC with remote learning. I also take you through my full mobility/warmup/stretching and workout routine. Today I did back and biceps.
