Philipp Humm, aged 54, Regional CEO Europe, joined Vodafone as Chief Executive Officer, Northern and Central Europe and was appointed to the Executive Committee with effect from 1 October 2012. Before taking up this role, he was President and CEO of T-Mobile USA. Previously, he was Chief Regional Officer Europe and a member of the Executive Committee of T-Mobile International and prior to that, CEO and Chief Sales Officer for T-Mobile Germany.
At the "digitising europe" summit Philipp Humm introduced Linnar Viik who held a political keynote at during the fourth session which focused on the political framework of Europe's digital future.
