These demi baguettes are about 260g dough each. We baked them for 20 minutes total at 500F in a preheated Breadtopia Hearth Baker (15 minutes lid on, 5 minutes lid off).
The recipe can be found via the link below, although for this batch, we used half bread flour, half all purpose flour, and only 40 grams of low hydration whole wheat starter.
