Omega Rugal is the only and final boss of this game. He is a non-selectable character in the MVS Arcade version of the game.

===== About Omega Rugal =====
He is basically the more powerful version of Rugal with Orochi power. With his trademark white hair and dark grey/tanned skin (not to mention overpowered moves), he is instantly recognizable and one of the coolest and toughest bosses of all time.
