Is Fascism Left-wing atheist or Right-wing traditional religious? Well, some of both. I attempt to show the good and the bad - I recognize I lean a little bias in favour of the man and his movement, but I think that is valid considering the overwhelming opinion against them.

“No Italian government, and perhaps no government in the world, would have in a single year alone been able to do so much in favor of the Catholic Religion.” Mussolini "the man sent by Providence," in six years in power, did what no liberal government had done in five decades: “restored God to Italy, and Italy to God.”

The stained glass window on the video thumbnail was originally (from a 1929 magazine) satire to mock the relationship between Mussolini and the Catholic Church, so my use of it here I suppose would count as "hyper-irony" or perhaps "counter-sarcasm." Although, Blessed Edvige Carboni did write that Mussolini appeared to her from purgatory and that God later informed her that he later entered heaven - but these revelations have not officially been approved of by the Catholic Church, so feel free to believe them or not.
