If I were going to choose one off of build quality alone I would choose the HP Victus. HP uses better materials and it really is noticeable. In regards to the performance they are close, even with the Victus containing the RTX 3060 as opposed to the Acer Nitro 5's RTX 3050 Ti in the unit I had for review.
