Palak/Spinach Raita
Ingredients
Palak 1 bunch (boil and make paste)
Yoghurt 2 cups
I medium chopped tomatoes
1 small chopped onion
2 green chillies chopped (chopped)
Crushed red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Cumin seeds powder 1/2 tsp
Chaay masala 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Note- Use spices according to your taste preference.
