On a recent tuna trip 120 miles south of Grand Isle, La., Buckley Kessler got pulled overboard in 4,300 feet of water by a giant yellowfin when the harpoon came loose and the fish unexpectedly swam across the back of the boat. Kessler held on to the rod and reel, and swam back through the tuna door — but the big yellowfin escaped.
