Local anesthesia in the elastic lifting of the drooping buttocks through the new elastic thread equipped with a two-tipped cannula (Jano cannula). The suture, designed by the plastic surgeon Sergio Capurro, is also used in breast lifting and face lifting (elastic MACS lift, elastic eyebrows, elastic canthopexy, elastic lift of marionette wrinkles, elastic neck lifting).
