Empty Bottle String Band performs at their 2019 September appearance for "Music At the Market" which is part of the Jonesborough Farmers Market held on Saturday mornings in historic downtown Jonesborough, Tennessee (Tennessee's oldest incorporated town). [ Ссылка ]
The band was formed when they were all students at East Tennessee State University to perform a one-time gig at a new on-campus farmers market ([ Ссылка ] ). They were so well received they decided to keep going and one of their earliest off-campus gigs was at the Jonesborough Farmers Market ( [ Ссылка ] ). History suggests that a performance at this location has become somewhat of an annual pilgrimage and in 2019 they have scheduled appearances for both August and September.

The Empty Bottle String Band is a seven year old Old-Time/Americana band comprised of current and former students in the ETSU Bluegrass, Old-Time, and Country Music Studies Program. Performing here were:
