TIPS:
- use filtered water for all things oral hygiene even if you’re just cleaning your toothbrush… trust us.
- be careful with iced drinks at places because the ice might not be filtered. Kindly ask the staff if they use filtered water for the ice/smoothie
- eat cooked vegetables, and fruits with outer layer
- Daily Pepto Bismol chewable to coat your stomach 🔑
