Bulgaria has expelled 70 Russian diplomats after accusing them of espionage. Moscow has denied the claim and has demanded the Bulgarian government in Sofia reverse its decision. It's the latest stand-off amid increasing acrimony between the traditionally friendly countries since the Ukraine conflict began.
