EDIT... CHECK ENGINE LIGHT DID COME ON.... CHECKED EVERYTHING AMD FOUND THE STOCK RUBBER INTAKE TUBE RIPPED BAD... SO CURRENTLY WORKING ON A WHOLE CUSTOM INTAKE.
Short clip of my custom CAI. As there is nobody who makes one for the 3.7 in the MKZ I made my own. Used the stock intake tube and added a Airaid 9642 MAF adapter ($67 on Amazon) and drove to my local parts store and picked up a Spectre air filter. It was pretty much plug and play was a little bit of a bitch getting the stock rubber intake hose on the MAF adapter. I got it on with lots of force and had to take it to the bench grinder shaved the thickness down a lot and slipped it on still wasn't easy buy kept fighting it and got it on. Ran rough when first started but after a few mins it relearned itself and has been good since driven around for about 20 miles no CEL yet.
