A blown transformer has left some Franklin residents without power since Friday. As a result, many groceries have gone bad and they can't even clean their dishes.

Franklin's Vice Mayor Wynndolyn Copeland has been in contact with the apartment's management team and says residents should expect a call soon accommodating them for a two-night stay in a local hotel.
