Customer contacted us to see if we could remove a curry stain in a carpet, Now we don't normally do carpet cleaning but decided to help out on this occasion as it was something we were confident we could help with. We asked the customer if they had a carpet sample, some left over curry and if they could remember what they used to try and clean up the stain. luckily they had all 3 so we set about replicating the accident, then replicating the DIY removal of the stain and then we used our UV lamp and knowledge to attempt removal of the stain. The camera didn't pick up how bad the stain was but it was bad, and we must admit, the removal was pretty good too. I would say 95% removal if not higher. We now have to go to the customers house and replicate the simulation for real. Pictures of the actual curry stain removal to follow.
