Rhinoplasty revision is a complex and challenging procedure that can cause a lot of stress for the patient. It involves correcting any issues or imperfections from previous rhinoplasty surgery.
However, before I decide to perform a revision, I have to examine if there is a genuine need for it or if the patient is suffering from body dysmorphia.
After I evaluate the patient's goals, expectations, and medical history I determine the best course of action. Sometimes, unfortunately, I have to decline.
