Recipe Yields a 7 in cake


Recipe:
65g corn oil
80ml milk
1/4 tsp salt
100g egg yolk
1 egg
65g cake flour
1 tsp vanilla extract

200g egg whites
75g sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tar tar

320F for 50 mins

Bake the cake on the lowest rack of the oven with a tray of hot water below it. So the cake will be baked and steamed.
