Lonely Boy No More
Once there was an orphan boy named George. He lives with other kids in the orphanage, but the kids did not want to play with George because he was always sad. He was always in his room, and he only came out to eat and use the bathroom.
One Saturday afternoon, while George was studying alone in his room, a bird flew through his window. It landed on George’s desk. George waited for the bird to fly back out, but for some reason it just stayed on his desk. George picked up the bird, and examined it. Poor bird!
One of its wings was wounded. No wonder it crashed onto his desk.
George took care of the injured bird. Days went by, and the bird got better. George also felt happier. When the bird’s wing was completely healed, George decided to set it free.
