Tour of Material Applications Winsford site for steel fabrication, starting at Goods In, through in to Bay 2 machining areas, which includes shot blasting, Voortman automated saw and drill plus Peddinghaus CNC fittings machines. Materials moved automatically into Bay 1 where the steels beams are fabricated and welded, through to in-house paint shop where either single pack or two pack paints can be applied. Finally the steel is transported for installation on-site, such as industrial and logistics units across the UK.
