Our youth are entering a landscape that is fast transforming into what is known as Industrial Revolution 4.0. It is certain that students need to be equipped with the necessary skillsets that will enable them to face the educational and career challenges ahead. But how can parents and teachers prepare our youth for such a future? Bringing together four panelists comprising educators in the areas of digital technology and social psychology, this forum will specify technical and socio-psychological steps to be taken in order to set our youth up for the challenges of IR4.0
