Stress can trigger skin conditions (like acne, psoriasis, or hair loss) to flare up, so here are my favorite tips for managing stress:
✅ Make sure you're getting enough sleep.
✅ Spend time with your community, such as friends or family who can support you.
✅ Practice some sort of meditation or mindfulness. I personally love to practice gratitude.
