In SwilERP, there is an option to Reconcile Opening Stock. With this option, users can add stock quantities in products as per their requirements, you can also add stock in a newly create or an already created product. In this process actual physical stocks are checked and recorded in the system. The actual stocks and the stock in the system should be accurate. If they are not, you can use the stock reconciliation option to reconcile opening stock balance and value with actuals.
