ΥΛΙΚΑ.
3 κσ ελαιόλαδο 1 κρεμμύδι
12 γαρίδες μέτριο μέγεθος
Οι γαρίδες σωτάρονται 2 λεπτά στην αρχή τις βγάζουμε και τις ξαναπροσθέτουμε στο τέλος μέσα στη σάλτσα για 2 περίπου λεπτά
60 μλ ουζο το αφήνουμε να εξατμιστεί για 2 λεπτά περίπου
2 σκελίδες σκόρδο
1 κσ πελτέ ντομάτα
400 γμ Ντομάτα κονκασέ προτιμώ τις φρέσκιες αν ειναι εποχής
1 καυτερή πιπεριά [κατά δική σας προτίμηση]
1 κγ αλάτι, 1/2 κγ ζάχαρη,πιπέρι
προσθέστε 1/2
βράζουμε 1 πακέτο μακαρόνια , προσθέτουμε 1κσ αλάτι
1 Κύβο ζωμό λαχανικών
λίγο μαιντανό
--Συγχώρεστε με κατά την ενσωμάτωση των βίντεο χάθηκε ένα πολύ μικρό κομμάτι, είναι η στιγμή που προσθέτω το ούζο και το σκόρδο--
