Hey everyone !👋 Today, I’m making super simple almond flour tortillas that are totally keto-friendly and perfect if you’re looking for a low-carb option. They’re soft, flexible, and just right for tacos 🌮, wraps 🌯, or even plain with a little butter 🧈 in top.
🫓 INGREDIENTS FOR 4 TORTILLAS:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp psyllium powder (10 g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
1/2 cup hot water (60 ml)
- pinch of salt
🌯 MACRONUTRIENTS PER 1 TORTILLA:
Calories: 175
Net Carbs: 2.5g
Protein: 5g
Fat: 15.5g
