Minister for Finance Michael Noonan TD comments after the latest CSO Live register figures show a slight decline in the jobless numbers. Minister Noonan said the figuires are fluctuating within a band of about 10,000 but suggested they have "stabilised" and that there are "some signs that the domestic economy has stabilised"
