Having processes and procedures (SOP's) in place is something we almost all wish we had... but few actually do it.
We worry that we won't do it right.
We get lost in the tools.
We're not sure what it should look like.
I don't claim to have all the answers — far from it — but I do think we need to look at these things in practice rather than just theory.
In this video I walk you through a super-simple system for setting up and documenting your processes, as well as writing a SOP (in the example I write an SOP for conducting a consultation call with a website prospect).
It's not the only way to do it, it's not the best way to do it — but it's a practical and real-life example of a way you can actually do it and get it done.
