My compressor was leaking air and did not shut off the pump correctly anymore. I thought the problem is with the check valve and replaced it. It turned out NOT to be the check valve at all, but the pressure switch. But I learned how the solenoid check valve works in this kind of small oil-less silent compressors and thought I share.
