I got to experience Tea at the Empress Fairmont Hotel in lovely Victoria, British Columbia.

The experience took about an hour and a half and we arrived an hour early to walk around and shop in the hotel. We asked to be seated early and was by 20 minutes. Guy our waiter was fantastic!
