Perineal Massage is a great PASSIVE technique to create flexibility in your pelvic floor while pregnant in preparation for your labor and delivery. It works best, however, when paired with other ACTIVE techniques like hip mobility and breathing exercises.
Begin your 7-minute perineal massage practice around week 34 and continue every other day until birth. Practice in the different positions demonstrated to help prepare your pelvic floor for pushing in different positions and to give you insight about what birthing positions help your pelvic floor lengthen most easily.
Use a high quality water-based lube or food grade coconut oil. Note that many lubes contain ingredients that are pelvic floor irritants. The brands listed below are ones I recommend to my patients for perineal massage and intimacy:

🧴 Coconu [ Ссылка ]
🧴 Sliquid [ Ссылка ]

Many people prefer to use a wand over their thumb as it makes it easier to reach their pelvic floor around a growing baby bump. Here are a couple brands to check out:
🪄 Perimom [ Ссылка ]
🪄 Intimate Rose [ Ссылка ]
