1️⃣ Not seeking help or outside resources. None of know everything. Leverage the people around you to increase your knowledge that can be directly applied to your training.
2️⃣ Prioritizing intensity or volume. You can’t maintain both and expect results. Seven days in a week doesn’t mean seven days of running yourself into the ground. Train smart.
3️⃣ Fuel first: If you’re under-fueling, you’re underperforming. Nutrition is unarguably one of the most important factors when it comes to increasing performance, fitness and achieving goals.
