ALBANY - Two Mayfield men have been arrested on charges of producing child pornography.Police say two brothers, Richard Hastings, 21, and Robert Hastings, 18, produced sexually explicit images of a seven year old child between July 27 and July 29. They then allegedly posted some of those photos on a website, and emailed some to an undercover police officer in Australia. Robert Hastings is also accused of producing a sexually explicit video of the same child on August 2.The case is being investigated by Homeland Security investigators. Both men were arraigned Thursday.A bail hearing is scheduled Friday.
