Performance characteristics:
This unit uses two plastic extruders to separately extrude the backing fabric and the adhesive, and compound them through the distributor; at the exit of the flat film "T" mold, it merges into a single flow flat film and evenly pours it on the base fabric. Under the action of the embossing cooling roller, the coating film and the base cloth are adhered firmly; after cooling, shaping, and trimming, it is rolled into a finished product.

2. The extrusion part adopts the single extrusion type. Specially optimized and specially designed extruder respectively extrude the back rubber fabric and the adhesive, which are compounded by the melt distributor, and merged into a single cast flat film at the exit of the die. Spread evenly on the base cloth, and the thickness of the film can be adjusted individually.
3.Using automatic temperature controller with PID adjustment, high temperature control accuracy.
4. The barrel heater is a cast aluminum belt air-cooled structure to reduce temperature errors.

8.Before lamination, a hot roller is used to preheat and dry the substrate.
9.After compounding, the cold roll is cooled and shaped.
10.The embossing laminating roller adopts a forced water cooling structure.
11.The coiling is surface coiling; with automatic length fixing and cutting functions.

The use of TPE, TPU, PE, EVA and other plastic environmentally friendly raw materials is used to co-extrusion and laminate the textiles, and the textiles do not need to be glued. This environmentally friendly adhesive will replace PVC and become the mainstream of industrial fabric adhesives. It is suitable for the compounding of base materials such as nylon silk, PP non-woven fabric, cotton cloth, Oxford cloth, mesh cloth, paper, plastic film, etc. In particular, the bonding of the substrates that are not easy to compound and firm with a single extruder is more firm.
