It’s so easy to become desensitized the more we are fed images of these horrible circumstances but from our privileged positions, the very least we can do is keep our eyes on the pulse, spread awareness and continue to make dua for the innocent people who have passed along with those who are currently still living in these horrific conditions. May Allah have mercy on the ummah and may He grant us all peace, freedom and justice, ameen.
