Prime Minister Narendra Modi is embarking on a visit to Maharashtra and Goa today, where he has a series of significant events planned. In Goa, he will inaugurate the 37th National Games, a momentous occasion for the state. Additionally, in Maharashtra, the Prime Minister will initiate a scheme aimed at benefiting over 86 lakh farmers and will kickstart projects totaling over Rs 7,500 crore. The visit will commence with a visit to the Shri Saibaba temple in Shirdi, Maharashtra, where PM Modi will offer prayers and inaugurate the new "darshan queue complex." This modern facility, which boasts state-of-the-art amenities, was initiated with the foundation stone laid by PM Modi in October 2018. It is designed to provide comfortable waiting areas for the temple's devotees and offers a cumulative seating capacity for over 10,000 people.
