Spoleto Today's Jennifer Foster takes a tour with Christopher Parham, theatre manager of Charleston's historic Dock Street Theatre, just before its gala re-opening, April 1, 2010. It's been a busy hub of the Spoleto Festival USA this year, serving as home for the opera "Flora", the Chamber Music Series, and a production of Nöel Coward's play "Present Laughter".
