UPDATE ON THE WASHI TAPE:
Apparently I didn’t look at it close enough. One roll is even times (8am, 10am, 12pm), the other is the odd times (9am, 11am, 1pm). And it doesn’t go for 24 hours, it skips the night hours (7pm-7am and 6pm-6am).
