Hi guys, this is what happens when you combine all the goodness of a cupcake with all the goodness of a doughnut. Here are my jam doughnut cupcakes. Light and fluffy with a strawberry jam centre... yum!

150g golden caster sugar/ plain caster sugar
200g plain flour
120g plain yogurt
2 eggs
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
1tsp vanilla extract
150g melted butter
Strawberry jam or jam of your choice
