Today’s meditation will guide you through a reflection on the intentions you want to set, and offer some detailed imagery to help you bring those intentions to life. You don’t need to wait until next year to revisit this meditation - come back to it anytime you need to reset, remind yourself why you’re working on your intention, or to begin a different one when and if you’re ready.

Pick a spot where you can unwind without interruptions. It could be a cozy nook at home or even a serene spot outdoors. Wear something comfortable, so you’re free to relax completely.
Decide how you’d like to settle in:

🧘♂️Use a chair with your feet flat on the ground, spine straight yet relaxed.
🧘♂️Lie down if that’s what feels best—there’s no wrong way to get comfy.
