1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Whole Milk
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Pinch NaCl
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Lemon (ZEST ONLY)
2 oz Fireball
1 Panettone
