Ballet Folklorico theme for a woman in San Francisco. I am very proud of the way these came out, with a traditional Mexican flair and some visual pop. I kept the woman purposely vague, so the focus is not on who she is or the details of her face. I wanted the impact to be on the feel of movement and the colors.
I used Marvy fabric markers and DecoFabric paint pens (the pink around the woman and the "J" logo plus the green around the inside black flowers). I let the ink dry for over 24 hours, heat set it because I am paranoid, then sealed with Scotch Guard to protect from moisture and other stuff.
