MICLEDI thinks the CMOS sensort production qworkflow offers a way to improve yoields for microLED production. but GaN on silicon can oftne not have the needed planarity for silicon foundries. MICLEDI's solution is to place known good GaN die on a silicon carrier that has the right planarity with no bowing or stress. This could enable low cost wafer stacking for single pixel microLED solutions.
